Helge Letonja, choreographer and artistic director of Of Curious Nature with expertise in various fields of dance, will talk about the transition of dance students into their professional careers. What is it like to work in a professional company? What are the challenges? How do we balance challenges and expectations?
Of Curious Nature, like other international companies, offers internships for young dancers. The dancers will talk about their experiences at this stage of their dance careers.

Michael Freundt, Managing Director of the German Dance Association (Dachverband Tanz Deutschland), will present the online platform www.emergingdanceartists.de
It offers tools and information about career development, working conditions, health and key qualifications.
